The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides certain rights to California residents in relation to their personal information, including the right to opt out of having their personal information “sold” or “shared” to third parties. CNH is committed to protecting the personal information of all individuals from whom personal information is collected, and we are taking appropriate actions to do so.


We do not sell personal information as the term “sell” is commonly understood to require an exchange for money. However, certain disclosures of personal information to third parties may be considered a “sale” of Personal Information as the term “sale” is broadly defined in the CCPA to include both monetary and other valuable consideration, and it may also be considered “sharing” of your personal information for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.
